WHAT CHANGE CAN I EXPECT AFTER THE PROGRAM?
At Lush life, we strongly believe in long lasting healthy lifestyle. It is important to lay strong foundations to change habits that side track us from our goals.
During this programs we will give you a framework and be your guide to lay new foundations. The framework will have 3 goals depending on the program
You have to complete each one of them everyday and report on your progress to the coach and community.
WHAT ARE THE RULES OF THE PROGRAM?
Regardless, of which program you choose.
There are only two rules
We will provide you with the goal you need to hit everyday. Your task is to make sure you achieve them
You have to post your daily report every day. Even if you missed your goal. This will keep you accountable and self aware.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED?
Changes and habits are hard to form and even more hard to adapt. Doing so alone can be exciting in the beginning but can be very frustrating at times.
That is when a strong support can help. Our coaches and our community will be your support during this time. You can count on us to steer you in the right direction. We will hold you accountable and expect that you hold us accountable in return.
WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY THAT YOU KEEP REFERRING TO?
During the programs we will be giving you access to a exclusive community comprised of people following the same program. The coaches will also be part of this program.
This community will have live chat functionality to enable to ask questions and share instantly.
WHAT IF I MISS OUT ON FEW DAYS?
To get the full benefit of the program we would highly recommend that you do not miss out on any of the days. While it may seem daunting the key is planning and our coaches along with the community can help you.
However, life happens and we all have social commitments. If you fall off the wagon just get back up next day.
DO I NEED TO STAY HUNGRY DURING ANY PART OF THE PROGRAM?
Hunger is one of the primary reasons why people cannot stick to diet. Hunger is nothing but result of lack of planning. And we are here to make sure that does not happen with you.
So NO you will not be hungry during any part of the program. If you do feel hungry, please reach out to the coach.
WILL I LOSE WEIGHT WITH THE PROGRAM?
The goal of the programs is to lay foundations for you to lead a healthy lifestyle. We believe that focusing on lifestyle goals is far more productive than focusing on a numbers on the scale. If you eat clean then you may see a reduction in inches, but that is not the primary objective of the programs.
IS YOUR EVENT SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES?
YES, all ages are welcome. There is no right age to make a change.
I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH RESTRICTS MY DIET. CAN I STILL JOIN THE PROGRAM?
We would highly suggest that you reach out to your doctor and ask them if you can follow restrictive nutrition. If you need details on the nutrition plan please write us at email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you one.
WILL YOU PROVIDE WITH MEAL PLANNING OR RECIPES?
While we can provide you guidance, tips and tricks, we do not offer a meal planning or recipe creation service.
One of the foundational skill that we want to instill via this program is planning. Meal planning may seem daunting in the beginning but with practice it gets easier. Over time it would just be a second nature to you.
IS DIET VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY?
YES. We will not be recommending any kind of diet to you. We will simply provide list of allowed ingredients. If any ingredient is missing and is an important part of your diet, reach out to the coach or community. They may be able to suggest alternatives.
